The word from knowledgeable members of the blogosphere (mainly DefenseTech.org) is that the Office of Force Transformation was shut down on September 30. The site has continued to be available, but with Rumsfeld's resignation, I doubt that it will remain live for much longer. I have recently added a link to this site to the STS Wiki page. Unfortunately, the only traffic it seems to have brought to the site is a bunch of comment spam. I have added a new data stream to the site. The Sources Data Stream displays the latest sources along with their annotations (if available) that I have entered into my dissertation research database.
